You’ve probably seen Dateline NBC’s, To Catch a Predator series. If not, you are missing out on 60 minutes stupidity, disgust, and humor. In addition to being complete scum, these Internet perverts are idiots. The show has been on for over a year now and its format has remained the same. In fact, the pedofiles now inform their peers whenever one of them learns of NBC’s next location. Even armed with this info, the men continue to prowl for underage kids and end up on the show.
Tonight’s episode was especially creepy. A man who appeared on a previous episode, was arrested, and is now awaiting trial, showed up again! Did he learn nothing from being arrested? This is proof that pedofiles are not only gross, but they are stupid too.

While shopping yesterday, I witnessed a mother telling her pre-teen (~11 years old) son to ask the sales associate for an item’s sale price. Here’s what blows my mind: Mom’s coat was located on a rack with a big sign announcing “50% off ALL red-lined items”. Even though the coat’s tag had a big red line through the original $120.00, Mom sent the son to obtain the sale price.
- Shouldn’t Mom have been able to calculate the sale price herself?
- The majority of 5th graders know how to count by tens and how to divide into halves.
- Finally, the sales associate ought to be slapped for using a calculator.

Classes began on 1/8/07 and I already feel as if I’m behind. I figured taking 11 hours (part time) was managable while working full time, yet now I am having second thoughts. My classes are Monday thru Thursday evenings until 8:30 pm, after which I am exhausted and practically fall into bed. I am hoping that my fatigue is because the schedule is new and not because of over-extending myself. Did I mention my new plan to get into shape? Of course, this means working out at least 45 minutes daily, either before work or after class. As if this were not enough, I tutor 10 hours a week . Where, oh where will I make the time?
What the Fuss?!
